Jay Mays is the CEO and Co-Founder of MedPartners Locum Tenens. Mr. Mays’ role includes directing the organization’s business development and sales operations, organizational development, internal talent acquisition, insurance, legal and strategic relationship management programs.

He is a thought leader for the implementation and creation of our strategic service offerings and the development of the company’s integrated sales, marketing and delivery programs.

Prior to founding MedPartners Locum Tenens, Mr. Mays served in various leadership, management, and client relationship positions with two nationally recognized Healthcare Service organizations throughout the nation. He brings more than 20 years’ worth of successful leadership and business process to the MedPartners Locum Tenens organization.  Mays graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing.

Liz Hale is the Vice President of Operations for MedPartners Locum Tenens. Ms. Hales’ role includes employee engagement and oversight of the organization's back office operations to include credentialing, payroll, accounts receivable and the administrative support specialist team.
She is a dynamic, passionate leader with a clear cut vision and unsurpassed industry knowledge. With over 24 years of staffing experience as a Vice President for three nationally recognized healthcare staffing companies, she is a strategic thinker who understands the changing culture of the healthcare industry. Hale started her career as a nurse in upstate New York as a graduate of CiTi, Center for Instruction, Technology & Innovation; and continued her nursing education at the State University of New York at Oswego.

Ron Malanowski serves as the company’s Division Director.  His role includes managing the day to day delivery operations for MedPartners Locum Tenens as well as overseeing recruitment delivery and consultant retention.  He is a key liaison and thought leader for MedPartners internal delivery teams.

Prior to joining MedPartners, Mr. Malanowski served in various leadership, management and client relationship positions with two nationally recognized healthcare staffing organizations in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. He brings more than 20 years of successful recruitment and staffing experience to MedPartners.  Malanowski graduated from Boston University with his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and from St. Thomas University in Miami with his Master’s degree in Sports Administration.

Mr. Liebmann has over 30 years of operational experience including business development, manufacturing, marketing, and human resources. From 1984 to 2003, Mr. Liebmann was a Co-founder and COO of Millrock, Inc., an architectural millwork manufacturer with over 150 employees and an annual sales volume of $26 million. From 2003 to 2015, Mr. Liebmann’s focus was the medical management field, where he served companies such as EDCare, Inc., later known as Hospital Physician Partners, as Divisional President. He later went on to serve as Chief Operating Officer for Venetian Hospitalist Services. He was instrumental in building EDCare, Inc. / Hospital Physician Partners from an 8 contract company with sales of $15 million to 135 contracts and an annual revenue of $435 million. In 2015, the company was acquired by The Schumacher Group, thus becoming one of the world’s largest medical management companies. Today, Mr. Liebmann is focusing his efforts on expanding the hospital medicine division for MedPartners Locum Tenens.

Gregg Straus serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MedPartners Locum Tenens. He is a key member of the senior executive leadership team and provides insight and recommendations on both short-term and long-term growth plans. He is known for his uncompromising personal integrity, ethics, and solid leadership, and is responsible for all financial aspects of the Company. Mr. Straus oversees and provides strategic direction to the Company’s finance organizations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and strategic development (M&A). He also leads the human resources, IT, and legal teams at MedPartners Locum Tenens.

Mr. Straus brings 25 years of financial and management experience to MedPartners Locum Tenens.  He has held various leadership positions with public companies, mid-sized private companies, and “Big 4” public accounting firms. His roles have included Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Senior Vice President of Tax.  Mr. Straus earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the AICPA and FICPA, and resides in south Florida with his wife and two children.

Milgrim Bello serves as the company’s Director of Strategic Marketing. Mrs. Bello’s role includes corporate marketing and communications efforts including Branding, Public/Media Relations, Market Research & Analysis, Content Marketing, Candidate & Client Education Marketing, Social/Interactive Marketing, Social Media, Internal Communications, Change Management and Event Planning. She is in charge of MedPartners Locum Tenens’ strategic marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining MedPartners Locum Tenens, Mrs. Bello managed and led a marketing team within the Staffing Vertical. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Rollins College.

Michael DeGore serves as the Director of Operations for MedPartners Locum Tenens. In his role, Mr. DeGore is responsible for all back-office service and support operations such as client and consultant on-boarding, consultant human resources, consultant payroll, client billing, account receivable management, cash applications and consultant travel.

Prior to joining MedPartners Locum Tenens, Mr. DeGore served in several key executive leadership roles helping firms achieve desired results while navigating through all market conditions. Mr. DeGore has over 16 years of back-office staffing industry experience working for firms with various business verticals ranging in size and scope from $200M-$22B. Mr. DeGore graduated from Ashford University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Project Management. Mr. DeGore lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife Angela and their two kids, Isabella and Dominic.

Alex Garcia serves as the company’s Director of Human Resources.  In this role, he is responsible for HR Policy development, documentation, implementation and compliance. Additional responsibilities include Employee Relations Management as well as Benefits and 401(k) administration and compliance. One of his primary objectives is assisting management in maintaining an employee-oriented culture that adheres to the company’s core values.

Mr. Garcia brings over 15 years of successful Human Resources Management experience supporting companies in various industries with up to 2,000 employees. He graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and obtained his Human Resources Management certification from the University of Miami.

Emily serves as the company’s Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Development. Emily’s role includes directing and participating in our internal recruiting and hiring process, along with training and development.

Prior to joining MedPartners Locum Tenens, Emily worked in Agency Recruiting along with Corporate Recruiting/Management for 10 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lewis University, where she was a collegiate athlete.
